Initial Training

The Extreme Pizza Team is dedicated to providing everything you need for success.  We arrange for a comprehensive 4-weeks of hands-on training with franchisors and a minimum of three management staff at our Extreme Pizza commissary and corporate restaurants in San Francisco. Additional on-site training for 2 weeks is provided on location in your new restaurant to solidify the training in your actual kitchen with your team and community.

Our training program prepares your Extreme Pizza Management Team for every position and market forward advertising opportunity:

On-Going Support

Extreme Pizza understands there is always more to learn which is why we provide you with a constant support system to help you throughout your entire Extreme Pizza franchise experience.  The Extreme Pizza Management Team is available around the clock for ongoing support.   

Extreme Pizza offers bi-monthly sales and marketing calls open to all franchisees year-round to discuss marketing campaigns, sales forecasting, monthly promotions, coupon redemption, and product updates.  These meetings provide an ongoing forum for franchisees to talk with each other and also discuss ideas with the corporate team. Additionally, Extreme Pizza attends Pizza Expo every year which enables franchisees to meet and mingle with other franchisees and the corporate team at Extreme Pizza.

Next Steps

If you have restaurant experience, have a minimum of $100,000 in available capital for each location you wish to develop, and would like to investigate joining one of the most creative food franchises in the industry, we welcome your interest. Extreme Pizza's low initial investment ranges from $248,300-$579,450.
